Description

Tanya Muir-Tanya Muir, a mental health occupational therapist and owner of Sleep OT practice, is passionate about helping the world get better sleep. She has up-skilled herself in behavioural sleep interventions, and began training other health professionals while niche-ing her practice to focus on intervention for sleep disorders and difficulties across the lifespan. She provides individual and group programs to facilitate resilience and improved sleep for better mental and physical wellbeing. Tanya is an accredited CBTI provider, and trained to treat babies, children, adolescents and adults. Tanya serves on the South African Society for Sleep and Health and has contributed to various public, corporate and private training platforms globally, to spread the word about sleep health. After work, Tanya is a proud Mom of three children who have all provided valuable learning opportunities about sleep and health!
