SIOBHAN KOTZE

Siobhan Kotze is a patient safety specialist and experienced midwife with expertise in safety investigation, healthcare improvement, fetal monitoring and complex care. She has worked across diverse clinical settings in England and Scotland and served as Lead Midwife for Fetal Wellbeing at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. The first UK midwife to undertake a Master’s degree in Safety and Accident Investigation, Siobhan also brings 42 years of lived experience with Type 1 diabetes, giving her a unique perspective on the remarkable evolution of diabetes care and technology.
